The new BMW Z4, however, enhances this tradition by combining
engaging dynamism with stunning design, luxurious comfort and
effortless sophistication. It moves the Roadster into new
territory, where the elemental purity of the driving experience is
enhanced by design that reaches unprecedented heights of dynamic
elegance. Convenience and practicality also enter a new realm. One

hard-top and it all comes through with convincing style.
Innovation is driven by passion at BMW, which
always leads to driving pleasure. So as you would expect, the new
BMW Z4 is brimming with state-of-the-art technology delivering
enhanced dynamics, high levels of comfort and exceptional
efficiency. BMW EfficientDynamics is the multi-award-winning
package of technology that significantly reduces emissions while
enhancing driving dynamics. The new Z4 comes with features
including many intelligent lightweight design innovations, an
Optimum Shift Indicator (in conjunction with the six-speed manual
transmission) and Brake Energy Regeneration. The legendary
high-revving and refined six-cylinder in-line petrol engine

There are three engines available for the new BMW Z4. The most
powerful engine, in the BMW Z4 sDrive35i, is the 2008 International
Engine of the Year, developing 306 hp (225 kW). Two parallel
turbochargers serve up 400 Nm of torque from as low down as 1,300
