1. Your first call should be to Williams Accident Management on 0845 373 2880 (24 hours).
2. We will recover your car (if your car is not road legal), anywhere in mainland UK, and return it to one of our Body Repair Centres.
3. We will generate estimates, get insurance company authorisation and handle every aspect of your claim.
4. We call your insurance company and advise them of your chosen repairer.
